Welcome to FitFlex Acro, a mobile application designed to provide users with guided acrobatic fitness routines and tracking features (the ”App”). These Terms of Service (”Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App, provided by FitFlex Acro (”we,” ”us,” or ”our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.
To use the App, you must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a mobile device owned or controlled by you.
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use the App to transmit harmful code, malware, or viruses.
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality or servers.
Use the App to collect or store personal data about other users without their consent.
All content provided through the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, and workout routines (”Content”), is owned by or licensed to FitFlex Acro. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Content without our prior written consent.
The App provides fitness and acrobatic routines that involve physical activity. You acknowledge that:

You participate in the App’s routines at your own risk.
We are not liable for any injuries or health issues arising from your use of the App.
The App may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions for premium features. All purchases are subject to the payment terms of the app store platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
Refunds for in-app purchases or subscriptions are handled according to the policies of the respective app store platform. We do not process refunds directly.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your license to use the App will cease, and you must delete the App from your device.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitFlex Acro, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kyiv, Ukraine.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FitFlex Acro regarding your use of the App. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
